Online Booking:

You can book DIY or event packages online, if you would like to discuss your event before booking, please set up a phone consultation or a site visit. After booking online, you can also set up a visit to discuss your event and any additional services that you may need.

You will be given an access code that allows you into the venue 30 minutes before your event begins. After your event window, you have 30 minutes to clean-up. If you remain past your allocated time, you will be charged accordingly. Our standard set-up includes 4 round tables and 32 chairs and will be set-up when you arrive. The remaining tables and chairs are available for your use but will require you to set-up and tear-down. You are welcome to change the set-up as long as you return it to the standard set-up before you leave the venue. For clean-up, you will be asked to remove all food and personal items, wipe down tables and counters, put trash in bins and clean-up any spills.

DIY Access:

You are welcome to decorate your tables as you wish. Balloons are allowed but must be weighted. No confetti of any kind is allowed. Nothing can be hung on any lighting fixture, window or wall.

Decorating:

We offer an open catering and food policy for private events. We do not provide food, but can help facilitate food options as part of our event planning package.

Food:

If you would like to have alcoholic beverages at your event, please speak to your event host regarding options.

Drinks:

There are electrical outlets evenly placed along walls on either side of the room. There is also bluetooth access to a TV and speaker for photos or music. If you hire a musician, they must provide their own sound system and table.

Audio/Visual:

We will provide cell phone access to an event host for your event. In addition, if available, we will provide a staff-member onsite for the duration of your event for an additional fee.

  • Meet vendors as needed to plan for the event

  • Facilitate all set-up and tear-down of the event

  • Remain on site for the duration of your event

Payment:

Introductory DIY pricing is $50 per hour (with a 2 hour minimum) and is due at the time of booking. You will also be billed for an additional hour (30 minutes before and 30 minutes after) your event. If you add any additional services after booking (event planning, photography, etc), those fees must be paid one full week before the event.

Cancellation:

The studio rental fee or deposit is non-refundable. Any other fees which have been paid in advance are refundable if the event is cancelled more than 30 days in advance. Events may be rescheduled for another date at the discretion of the venue. All fees must be paid one full week before the event.

Deposits:

Event packages will require a deposit to book and hold your date and time. Depending upon the package, it will range from $200 to $300 dollars for the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance for the package will be due 7 days before the event.
